🎓 4. Educational Qualifications & Minimum Eligibility
The candidate must possess the requisite educational qualifications from a recognized Board / University / Institute as on the closing date (30-Nov-2026):
1. District Safety Officer (DSO) — Post Code: BSD-01
Essential: B.E. / B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Fire & Safety Engineering, Architecture, or Master’s Degree (M.Sc / MCA) from a recognized University.
Desirable: 1-year experience in building structural audit, municipal inspection, or fire safety management.
2. Safety Manager — Post Code: BSD-02
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (B.A., B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Tech) with at least 50% marks from a recognized University.
Desirable: Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Safety, Fire Fighting, or Disaster Management.
3. Field Safety Supervisor — Post Code: BSD-03
Essential: 12th Pass (Intermediate / 10+2) in Science, Commerce, or Arts from any recognized State/Central Board.
Desirable: Basic Certificate in Fire Fighting / First Aid / Safety Supervision.
4. Computer Operator / DEO — Post Code: BSD-04
Essential: 12th Pass (10+2) + Certificate in Computer Applications (CCC / DCA / ITI / COPA) and typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
5. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS / Helper) — Post Code: BSD-05
Essential: 10th Pass (Matriculation / High School) from a recognized Board of School Education.

The selection shall be made strictly on merit through a Single-Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Screening Examination followed by Document Verification. (No Interview for Group C & D posts as per DoPT directives).

📋 8. Step-by-Step Instructions: How to Apply Online

- Step 1: Select your desired Sanctioned Cadre Post and enter Personal particulars (Name, Father's Name, DOB, Category, Mobile, Email, State & District).
- Step 2: Enter Educational qualifications, passing year, marks percentage, and complete permanent address.
- Step 3: Upload scanned copies of required documents (10th, 12th, Degree, ID proof under 2 MB each).
- Step 4: Upload recent color passport photograph (20–100 KB) and clear signature (10–50 KB).
- Step 5: Scan the official SBI UPI QR Code to pay the prescribed fee, enter the 12-digit UTR reference, agree to the candidate declaration, and submit.
- Step 6: Immediately print or save the system-generated official Confirmation Slip with your Registration Reference Token.
